A experienceOverview:
As an IT Business Analyst you participate to and lead the improvement of various IS applications optimizing the business's manufacturing and logistics capabilities.
You understand of end-to-end business processes and facilitate the translation of business needs into IT solutions.
You manage strategic discussions with stakeholders.
Key
Responsibilities:
Evaluate processes, anticipating requirements, Client areas for improvementAnalyze ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Cross functional meetings with development & business teams for tracking progressInformation & requirement gathering from stakeholdersGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Ensure timely UATs & testing deploymentsCheck for potential vulnerabilities & bugs in live environmentSprint planning & management for all requirementsPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Develop and drive project plan and deliverables.
Engage and ensure resources are aligned with the project schedule and on track with the test effortCollaborate with other workstreams and stakeholders to identify dependenciesEnsure all deliverables are reviewed and approved by key stakeholdersIdentify, manage and communicate risks and issues as appropriateDrive continuous improvement for future project lessons learnedOur Expectations:
Bachelor' s degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Engineering, Data, Analytics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing and logistics.
Ability to multi-task and provide deliverables within fixed timelines and under pressure, as well as the ability to work well in a demanding, dynamic environment and meet overall objectivesKnowledge of the manufacturing and warehouse environment.
This includes the hardware, software, procedures and best practices.
Experience working with multiple parties including Project Analysts and third party vendors on high profile and innovative solutions.
Very good knowledge in PI/QM/PM and WMVery good knowledge in SAP PPVery good knowledge in SAP ECC and S/4HANAAble to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledgeDemonstrates excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Business Processes Business Requirements Communication Data Analysis Engineering Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
