The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Strong priority given to those with medical and dental office experiance.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls.
Schedule appointments.
Organize files, documents, and other materials.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Welcome and check out patients.
